Lamberto Camacho
Lamberto Camacho Fernández-Guerra, is Member of the Board at Ibox Energy. He previously held the position of Vice President of Development for Europe and Latin America at Sonnedix, the leading company in independent photovoltaic power generation in Spain. From December 2012 to 2015, he was CEO at SolaireDirect (now Engie Solar) in Mexico and Central America. During his tenure at SolaireDirect, the company began its activity in the Mexican and Panamanian markets, was awarded more than 400 MW of power in public auctions and successfully completed a merger with Engie, one of the most important energy companies worldwide. Its previous activities include being founding partner and Managing Director of Africa Energy Corporation, the first independent renewable energy producer in Namibia and Botswana, with more than 30MW of solar capacity installed in those countries, and various senior positions at major companies such as DHL or IBM.
